Interests, family, travel and stories.
My name is Kedareswar Kumar Kaavuri, though most people call me Eshwar. I was born and raised in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I’m an only child. My father, Venkateswara Rao, is a dairy farmer, and my mother is Seshu Kumari. My parents have always been a steady source of support.
I’m proud of the part they have played in my life and grateful for the encouragement that helped me grow, personally and professionally.
A life shaped by curiosity, hard work and the people who supported me.
I grew up in Vijayawada in a close-knit family, with limited resources and a strong desire to learn. In high school, I took evening and weekend work to pay for parts for my electronics projects. My tutor, Ramesh, helped me find those jobs and encouraged me to keep building.
In 2014, I watched a video about a simple phone charger, bought the parts and built one on perfboard. Seeing it work sparked a habit I still enjoy: find a circuit, understand it, build it, debug it and try again. Late-night experiments led to more projects and my first home-automation system.
At college, mentors and friends helped me find my way into robotics and research. An internship during my degree turned into paid engineering work, where I designed LED boards and DC/DC drivers while continuing my studies and competitions. That experience helped support my education and gave me an early view of how products move from idea to production.
I later built small home-automation devices for local homes and considered turning the idea into a business. In 2020, during the pandemic, I joined Eruvaka Technologies in my hometown. The team taught me to approach difficult problems with patience, confidence and a willingness to keep learning.
When my laptop failed in 2020, the repair quote was far beyond what I could afford. I opened it up, traced the fault and repaired it myself. That success led me to set up a small workbench at home; since then, I have repaired around 11 laptops and 3 graphics cards that were otherwise headed for major replacements. I enjoy the moment a careful diagnosis brings a machine back to life.
“If something is important enough, you should try, even if the probable outcome is failure.”
A thought that has stayed with me. Inspired by Elon Musk.
People whose work and ideas keep me curious, whether they are making electronics easier to understand, sharing practical skills, or finding new places to explore.
